We accept returns for any Goldnsilverjewelry.com products upon provided your items are returned within 15 days of the PURCHASE date, or 10 days from date of delivery. All items must be returned in new condition. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product.
Returns shipping fees will be at customers expense. We'll issue you a full refund minus a $3.00 re-stocking fee per item. An additional 5% restock fee will be charged to any item returned without the orignal security tag missing or cut. After the 15 days have passed, you will receive a parcial refund. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Fill out the Return Form.
3. Fill out the reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined on the back of the return card. Include this form inside the box. If you have lost your Return form, mail your return to:
